WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

Digital Junction offers 30-days warranty on most of its products. Certain accessories & peripherals do not have warranties, and certain products may have longer warranties. The product descriptions will clearly indicate such exceptions, and will be included on your invoice.

Digital Junction shall not accept returns for ‘no reasons’, ‘change of mind’, ‘do not like,’ or ‘dimensional issues’..

Warranty Terms for Products:

  • Refridgerators – 90 days
  • Stoves – 90 days
  • Air Conditioners – 15 days
  • Laptops, Desktops, Monitors – 30 days
  • Tablets – 30 days
  • Televisions – 30 days
  • Cell Phones – 5 days
  • Accessories – No warranties
  • Music Devices & Accessories – 15 days

All Returns will be for credit only. Proof of purchase will be required for all Returns. Non-warranty returns will be charged a re-stocking fee. 

Warranty Terms for Services

Customers are expected to test their products for satisfactory completion of Servce at the time of pick-up. There will be a 30 day warranty for all Services.

Customers are expected to collect their products within 30 days of notificaion to pick-up from Digital Junction, and upon payment for the services. Digital Junction does not take responsibility of loss or damage to your poducts if not picked up within 30 days, and reserves the right to dipose of unclaimed products. 

Extended warranties are available at an additional cost.

Warranties cover only manufacturing defects. Physically damaged products will not be covered by warranty. Digital Junction reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective at its sole discretion.

The following items are not covered under warranty:

  • Backup data services
  • Software and data losses or damages
  • Later upgrades or add-on components and defects caused by such components
  • Non hardware issues such as virus/spyware infections
  • Misuse, physical damages
  • Has been repaired by an unauthorized third party
  • Incompatibility issues after installing new hardware or software
  • Printers are non-returnable if consumables have been opened
  • Battery life

All sales are final and no refunds will be provided, unless manufacturing defects cannot be repaired or a like-for-like replacement is unavailable.

Online Sales

A shipping & exchange fee will be charged for online sales that are eligible for exchanges under warranties. The fee details will be provided at the time of warranty claims.

Digital Junction reserves the right to reject  warranty claims if original packaging and accessories are not available.
